Beaver Scouts

Beavers: Boys and Girls, Age 5-7 years of age

Fun and Friendship is the cornerstone of the Beaver Scouts program.

The Beaver program is filled with a little bit of everything: a variety of games, crafts, music, storytelling, playacting, and the outdoors. Along the way, Beaver Scouts meet new friends, learn cooperation, teamwork and develop self-confidence.

The outdoors is an essential part of the beaver program. Weekend events, picnics, short nature hikes and family based camping opportunities round out the Beaver experience.

Beavers meet at St Joseph's Elementary School at 249 Church Street in Mississauga. Meeting nights are  on Tuesday and run from 6:30 pm to 8:00pm.

Activities: 

The Beaver Scout Program is built around a variety of activities to include:

• Nature walks and hikes
• Picnics and family-based camping
• Games and sports
• Crafts
